createEmailFeatures() holds every block below; see
Presets. Each block is one of three kinds:
- Text: you type in it, and its settings (alignment, style) are in the inspector.
- Void: it holds no text; every field is in the inspector, and the canvas shows the block as the reader will see it.
- Container: it holds other blocks.

The removed email block editor's fifteen blocks map one for one, and this
table is the migration table: its grid is columns, its heading levels 1
and 2 are h1 and h2, and a list is a run of paragraphs, as everywhere in
